Epigenetic Scanner for Diagnosis and Command (E.S.D.C.)

Linchi (Lynch), Giorgio Sergio Carlo
November 2, 2025 — Version 1.0 — Preprint complementary to USPTO Provisional Patent Application (2025)
The ESDC (Epigenetic Scanner for Diagnosis and Command) is a conceptual platform that integrates: (i) acquisition and modelling of epigenetic maps based on multi-omic and spatial data; (ii) an 'epigenetic command' module able to deliver safe and reversible molecular instructions; (iii) a selective elimination module to debulk pathological tissues; and (iv) a pro-regenerative microenvironment. We propose the composite index ψ-One to quantify the 'epigenetic order' of tissues and to steer therapeutic decisions with feedback. The goal is to enable in-situ regeneration while reducing reliance on transplantation and large-scale cell infusions.

Synchronization Strategy for Antioxidant and Cryoprotectant Action in the Ex-Vivo Liver

Linchi, Giorgio Sergio Carlo
October 26, 2025 — Concept Note for Integrated Perfusion and Remote Activation
This concept note presents a strategy for the temporal synchronization of antioxidants and cryoprotectants in ex-vivo liver perfusion. By decoupling dose and timing, the approach enables homogeneous perfusion and simultaneous activation of antioxidants and ice recrystallization inhibitors through remote magneto-thermal or acoustic/photonic triggers. The "distribute-then-activate" logic reduces oxidative and osmotic stress, improves CPA entry, and minimizes recrystallization during warming, offering a scalable pathway for organ banking and nanowarming integration.

ψ-One in Clinical Medicine: From Informational Entropy to Applications in Aging and Cardiology

Linchi, Giorgio Sergio Carlo
October 26, 2025 — English–Italian Edition
ψ-One is an entropic–informational framework that quantifies the informational order of biological systems and its restoration through medical interventions. Rooted in the Linchi–Lynch Nova Theory and the Linchi–18 Relation, it links Boltzmann's physical entropy with Shannon's informational entropy, defining a measurable index of biological order. ψ-One provides clinicians and researchers with a unified metric to monitor entropy reduction in anti-aging and regenerative therapies, including partial OSK reprogramming, senolytics, and metabolic interventions. Applications in cardiology include ischemic cardiomyopathy, heart failure, arrhythmias, and valvular diseases, correlating ψ with ejection fraction, BNP, and heart rate variability.
Keywords: Informational Entropy · Aging · Cardiology · ψ-One · Epigenetic Rejuvenation · OSK Reprogramming · Senolytics · Regenerative Medicine
All publications are deposited on Zenodo, the open-access repository hosted by CERN (European Organization for Nuclear Research).
Each paper is assigned a unique Digital Object Identifier (DOI) for permanent citation and verification.

Additional publications will be added as they become available.
