Epigenetic Scanner for Diagnosis and Command (E.S.D.C.)
Linchi (Lynch), Giorgio Sergio Carlo
November 2, 2025 — Preprint complementary to USPTO Provisional Patent Application
The ESDC is a conceptual platform integrating: (i) epigenetic maps based on multi-omic data; (ii) an epigenetic command module for safe, reversible molecular instructions; (iii) selective elimination of pathological tissues; and (iv) a pro-regenerative microenvironment. The goal is in-situ regeneration reducing reliance on transplantation.

Synchronization Strategy for Antioxidant and Cryoprotectant Action in the Ex-Vivo Liver
Linchi, Giorgio Sergio Carlo
October 26, 2025 — Concept Note for Integrated Perfusion and Remote Activation
A strategy for temporal synchronization of antioxidants and cryoprotectants in ex-vivo liver perfusion. The distribute-then-activate logic reduces oxidative and osmotic stress, improves CPA entry, and minimizes recrystallization during warming.

ψ-One in Clinical Medicine: From Informational Entropy to Applications in Aging and Cardiology
Linchi, Giorgio Sergio Carlo
October 26, 2025 — English–Italian Edition
ψ-One is an entropic–informational framework quantifying the informational order of biological systems. It links Boltzmann's entropy with Shannon's informational entropy. Applications in cardiology include ischemic cardiomyopathy, heart failure, arrhythmias, and valvular diseases.
